Benefits of Toasted Coconut chips
Coconut is a wonderful way to get the healthy fats, fiber and protein that your body needs. Coconut is also full of manganese, selenium, potassium, iron and zinc.
Manganese helps the body form connective tissue and bones.
Selenium boosts your immune system, slows age-related mental decline and reduces your risk of heart disease.
Potassium helps nerve function and muscle contraction. It also helps regulate your heartbeat and helps move nutrients into cells and waste products out of cells.
Iron helps muscles store and use oxygen.
Zinc aids in the immune function and metabolism.
All of these minerals are important to those that live with pain caused by inflammation. They help support the immune system and help regulate the body.
