Resources

Over the years I have done hours of research and have found many great resources to help me through my journey. To help you through your journey, here are some of the resources that I have found to be helpful.

Endometriosis Foundation of America

The Endometriosis Foundation of America

This foundation is an amazing source of information. You can sign up for their newsletters to keep up to date with the latest endometriosis information.

Clear Passage

Clear Passage Physical – Pysiotherapy

This is an excellent resource for anyone that is experiencing pain, bloating, long or painful periods, pain during intercourse and much more. Their therapists are highly trained and have the possibility to create change through touch. They have offices located in Florida, California, New York, Missouri, Michigan and the U.K.

Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine

Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine

This center is absolutely amazing. Located in Jacksonville, FL, they have a team of doctors that look at you as a human being, in all aspects of your life. They use the latest technology to help you through your process and take a hard look at the external factors that could be contributing to endometriosis. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fox, an amazing and detailed person that transformed how I view food and my everyday activities.

Seckin MD Endometriosis Center

This was one of the first websites that I learned about when I was researching for the top-rated endometriosis specialist in the country. Located in New York, Dr. Seckin, has been leading this field for many years, developing new laparoscopic techniques and is a founder of the Endometriosis Foundation of America.

Vital Health

Founded by Dr. Cook, Vital Health is located in Los Gatos, CA. When looking for leaders in the field, I had an initial consultation with one of Dr. Cook’s nurses over the phone. She was the one that suggested dairy as a culprit to some of my pain. Not only does this center specialize in endometriosis and pelvic pain, they also focus on diet.

Kalpesh Patel, LMT and Salina Briseno, LMT

Kalpesh Patel, LMT is an amazing therapist that works with pelvic dysfunctions, post surgical abdominal adhesions and much more. His gentle approach, using a combination of modalities including orthobionomy and visceral, has provided me with a different understanding of my pain. Salina Briseno, LMT has studied closely with Kalpesh for many years, combining her own style and energy into this work. They both work out of an office located in Gainesville, FL.
