Hi, I’m Sarah!
Hi my name is Sarah. I am a massage therapist and food enthusiast. When I was 18 years old I was diagnosed with endometriosis. This began my journey with food. Through this journey I was able to change my relationship with pain.
I am excited to share easy, delicious recipes that will spark your interest in feeling better and find creativity with every meal.
All of my dishes are inspired from my challenges with endometriosis and are grain free, dairy free, low sugar, soy free and starch free.
I hope that you enjoy these recipes as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
